Along with teaching hunter/jumper and equitation lessons and riding, Trish serves on the Vermont Hunter Jumper Association Board of Directors as the vice chair of the Horse Show Committee. Trish teaches lessons to all ages and levels on her school horse and pony and her students horses. Trish is also a huge fan of Parelli Natural Horsemanship and is working on Level 3. Safety and excellent horsemanship are among Summerfield's priorities. Join us to learn to ride or to come join our growing show team!

The wedding was a huge success! Erik and Trish got married on June 28th with a great ceremony and a very fun reception. Erik and Trish went to Maine for a honeymoon for a few days and had a lot of fun. Trish's new last name is Hausler.

May 13, 2008 Summerfield welcomes our newest addition- one month old SFF Artful Dreamer, an Appendix QH colt purchased by Cathy Muskus, Trish's mom.

April 25, 2008; 1:50AM Pia had her baby! She had a nice big, healthy bay filly. Everything went very smoothly and I was able to watch the entire thing. Pia is being an excellent first-time mom! Click for Baby Pictures

March 30, 2008 Summerfield Farm had our first Parent's Lesson Day on March 30th. We had 8 parents ride, including two dads! With riding levels of the longe line to the mom who used to show on the A circuit, everyone said they had a great time and were happy they had gotten back on! Due to the large response we had, watch for another Parent's Day sometime in May.

March 15, 2008 Summerfield Farm has moved to our new facility! Wanda Combs, the manager of Pine Ridge Stables, has moved with us. The new Summerfield Farm is located on Bernier Rd (off of Westford-Milton Rd) in Milton. This new facility has a beautiful barn and an insulated indoor.

March 13, 2008 Summerfield Farm now has our own logo, so it's time to put it on some clothes! Email Trish if you are interested in ordering any clothes with the SFF logo.

March 1, 2008 Summerfield Farm's first Game Day took place on March 1. Everyone had fun playing the games together, getting to know each other better, winning prizes, and eating cookies! Stay tuned for more game days. Thanks to Bridget Bishop for her help with this event!

The 2007 Summerfield Farm Horse Show was voted 2007 Best VHJA Horse Show of the Year by the VHJA membership! Thank you to all who attended and voted for our show!
